Advance Slowly
While you eventually want to be making heaps of cash with sit and go’s, trying to move up the ranks too quickly isn’t going to help your case at all. You need to advance through the sit and go ranks slowly while conquering each level as you go. After playing around 1000 SNG’s and learning lots of poker tips, you’ll be ready to play mid-stakes tournaments with $20 + $2 buy-ins.
Multi-Table
If you’re ever going to get anywhere financially with sit and go’s, you need to multi-table at some point. Multi-tabling is the best way to reap profits in sit and go’s because it allows you to make cash in several tournaments at once. But just like with advancing slowly through the ranks, you need to ease your way into multi-tabling; start with two tables and go from there. Also, never start multi-tabling or adding more tables until you’ve conquered the level you are currently at.
